Nt (pronounced EN-tee) Etuk is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tabula Digita.
Prior to founding Tabula Digita, Nt worked for a number of years managing the creation, implementation and analysis of various disruptive consumer products for Bank One and Citigroup. At Citigroup, he was a member of the Payment Innovation Team, a Research and Development group responsible for the creation and implementation of concepts projected to generate $100 million in profits. At Bank One, Nt was responsible for the analysis and implementation of initiatives generating over $100 million in annual revenue for the company. He has also worked with the management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company.
In 2010 Nt was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a member of The Aspen Institute’s Nigeria Leadership Initiative program. In 2010, Nt was also one of six entrepreneurs awarded the Top Entrepreneur honor in New York City by Crain’s New York Business Magazine. He has been identified as one of Black Enterprise Magazine’s Masters of Technology, was a finalist for that magazine’s Business Innovator of the Year Award in 2007 and has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Business Week, and The New York Times.
Nt earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA at Columbia Business School where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate, a recipient of the Board of Overseers Fellowship, winner of the Heffernan Award for Outstanding Service, and recipient of the Lang Fund Award for outstanding business ideas.

Susan is a senior executive with expertise and a proven track record in strategy development, innovation and product development.
Prior to joining Tabula Digita, Susan was a Citigroup Senior Vice President in charge of a cross-channel (phone and Internet) team responsible for driving critical elements of Citi’s drive-to-web strategy, overseeing the strategic development for key inbound phone channel capabilities including the cross-selling of various products / services, and developing a multi-channel customer interaction model that would enable the correct time, place, and offers to Citi Cards customers. She also led the Payment Innovation team, a group which drove the long-term strategy and in-market consumer testing for innovative projects that could generate over $100MM EBIT annually. Under Susan’s leadership, four projects were launched in market impacting millions of Citi customers.
Previously, Susan was a Director of Strategy & Product Management for OnMoney.com, a financial services Internet portal that was a subsidiary of Ameritrade. She defined the vision and strategy and led the development efforts for a number of Internet based applications, such as account aggregation, financial planning and money management products.
Susan also has extensive experience in strategy consulting having worked in the New York offices of Booz•Allen & Hamilton and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Throughout her business and education career, Susan has participated and held leadership positions in a number of tutoring programs, including Junior Achievement and The West Philadelphia Tutoring project.
Susan received her undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of Business and her MBA from Columbia Business School. At both universities, she achieved academic distinctions and leadership positions. She also holds a CPA in the State of New York.

Steven’s business experience covers education, sales, and business operations. As a co-founder of Edutest, Inc. in 1996, he managed sales and marketing for the market leader in web-based K-12 testing and assessment. Steven understands the education marketplace and the needs of educators and administrators. Capitalizing on the start of the education standards movement, he acquired implementations in more than 50% of Virginia’s school districts and successfully launched the first and largest online practice testing in Virginia and Florida. He was also responsible for establishing and maintaining business development relationships critical to Edutest’s success. His leadership was instrumental in securing the acquisition of Edutest by Lightspan, Inc. in 2000.
Following Edutest, Steven leveraged his educational expertise and success into executive and strategic sales management positions with Lightspan, Inc. and PLATO Learning, Inc. At Lightspan, he was responsible for negotiating and securing large contracts to further the development of field sales business in addition to developing and maintaining strong relationships at state education agencies. His efforts resulted in key state contracts with Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, and Colorado as well as being instrumental in securing district-wide contracts in some of the nation’s largest and most progressive school districts, e.g., Fairfax County, VA, Henrico County, VA, and Austin ISD (TX).
Prior to co-founding Edutest, Steven held multiple financial roles in business. These included management positions in finance and business analysis in the banking and health care industries, which leveraged his certification as a CPA. Steven holds his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

Jon has been with Tabula Digita since December 2006. Prior to joining Tabula Digita, he spent 12 years at The Princeton Review, where he was most recently Vice-President of The Princeton Review’s Account Management and Operations division in the K-12 Services Group. There, he grew the staff from 6 people to over 70 full time personnel and 80 part time personnel between 2003 and 2006. He was directly responsible for developing, adapting, and maximizing the efficiency of the technological, print, and professional development offerings for Princeton Review partnerships with 6 out of 10 of the nation’s largest public school systems and over 200 public school systems nationwide. Prior to that Jon was Executive Director of The Princeton Review of Northern California and Director of the High School and Foundation Programs at The Princeton Review of New York. Jon received his B.A, in History and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.A. in History from New York University.

Giorgia first encountered the Tabula Digita team during her two-year tenure as Integrated Marketing Director for renowned New York youth marketing agency, The Geppetto Group, Her creative and strategic skills, combined with her passion for the youth and family markets enable Giorgia to bring a fresh yet disciplined approach to Tabula Digita’s unique marketing needs.
With ten years’ professional experience, encompassing traditional advertising at Ogilvy & Mather in her native Australia; promotional marketing, incentive programs and new media initiatives at Promotional Campaigns Group and Marketing Drive Ltd; entertainment, event and sponsorship marketing at Steve Stoute and Jay-Z’s Translation Brand Imaging and Consulting; and the long term practices of visual identity management, packaging, design and of course brand positioning throughout her career, Giorgia brings to Tabula Digita the ability to uncover relevant consumer insight and turn it into effective, strategic marketing and communications.
